Spurious, with no reliable steps to reproduce, but when it happens it affects multiple menu and dialog frames of the LO UI. If I grab the entire LO program frame and drag just it a bit--I get a clean repaint--suggesting it is a graphics issue. And easiest way to notice when it happens is to pop-open the Help --> About menu item (which is easy to hit as a click target, or with keyboard "<F10>, H, A").
