Bug ID: 151922
Summary: Multiple paragraph alignment of text in shapes is not
stored in gallery
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.4.2.3 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: graphics stack
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
When a textbox (or any shape like a rectangle, a circle...) that contains
several text paragraphs with different alignments (left, center, right...) is
stored in the gallery, the paragraph alignment information is lost.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a shape or textbox (for example a rectangle).
2.Write two text paragraphs into the shape.
3.Select the first paragraph and align to center.
4.Select the second paragraph and align to left.
3.Drag and drop the shape into the gallery (To do that you need a long left
press over the shape).
4.Recover the shape from the gallery.
Actual Results:
The alignment of the different paragraphs is centered.
Expected Results:
The alignment of the first paragraph is center and the alignment of the second
paragraph is left.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
The problem affect to Writer, Impress, Draw... but in Writer is a bit
different, because writer is the only one that visually maintain the alignment
information in the gallery, but latter (as in the other applications) this
information is not recovered from the gallery.
