I sometimes prepare documents which must be printed with some custom values of
page layout, and with page size different from document page size.
Tipical example is an A5 doc printed with brochure mode on A4 landscape: this
settings are remembered. [OK]
However, if I use the pages per sheet print feature, neither this setting nor
the page size setting is remembered. [BUG]
The bugs looks to me a long time one, i.e. it's not a regression introduced
with recent versions.
