Our transcriber on  Version: 7.1.6.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community wasn't using
the macro to complete a data entry. When she did so, she got the flash of
buttons. So the flash of buttons occurs with 7.61. 7.63 and 7.64, with the
Windows OS.
