          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Hi,

Lately, I keep getting 3 or 4 empty text files in the desktop, with names
consisting of random strings of letters and digits, like TSiBZowB.html.part or
nI273xWb.docx.part, after using LibreOffice. It are blank files, without any
text within.

I'm using Xubuntu 22.04 LTS and this is the first time it happens to me in all
OS I have using this far, including all versions of Windows and many Linux
distros.

Then, I tested also a fresh install of Kubuntu 22.04 LTS and... yep, also
happens under KDE.

There are other people to whom this is happening too. Below I send you a link
to similar problem:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/770866/random-html-files-keep-appearing-on-my-desktop-seemingly-at-random/

They believe it's perhaps caused by a Windows malware, but I think it is not
the case, but maybe a LibreOffice bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create or edit one or more Writer documents.
2. Close the application.
3. Ramdom empty text files are there in desktop

Actual Results:
Ramdom empty text files appear in desktop most each time I use LibreOffice

Expected Results:
No ramdom empty text files appear in desktop after I use LibreOffice
