COUNTIFS and with COUNTIF as array, the result it's fine. Selecting column A, applying [Ctrl+M] to clear the format, and a Menu/Data/Calculate/ Recalculate hard, results are good. So seems the format it's affecting the results for COUNTIF Reproducible.
