You cannot move the (already rotated) image further to the right.
Pictures cannot be moved across the page margin. That is OK.
But if you rotate the picture beforehand, you cannot move the rotated picture
even close to the page margin.
How far you can move the rotated image to the right (left) depends on the
dimensions of the unrotated image.
