In Writer, if I have a field rendered as a two-digit number laid out within the
text, and I click the second (i.e. the last) digit of the field, I get a
context menu with an "Edit Fields..." entry. That's already not the best choice
of words, but this is not what this bug is about. If I right-click the first
digit, I don't see that menu entry - but I should.
