Sounds to me like your settings have been reset somehow, maybe because your
profile directory was tempered with or corrupted...
- We still need the details copied from Help > About LibreOffice.
- Could you please also tell us what locale settings you have in "Tools >
Options > Language settings > Languages > Locale setting" ? Much of your
formatting can depend of that, including the decimal separator key, just below.
(By default synced to your locale setting.)
