Description:
Compressing a previously cropped graphics in Writer changes the scaling of the
graphics unintendetly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a grpahics into a Writer document.
2. Crop the graphics.
3. Compress the cropped graphics selecting "JPEG Quality" and "Reduce image
resolution to:...".
Actual Results:
This changes the scaling of the graphics unintendetly.
Expected Results:
Scaling of the compressed graphics is preserved.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

I think this also happens in Impress and in previous versions.
