Open the file, goto TOC, click holding CTRL on TOC. Repeat to get the bug.
Open the attached document.
Click on TOC holding CTRL.
Document will be moved to right content.
Scroll up again.
Click on another heading.
Document will be moved, but not to the right target.
Export this document to *.pdf.
Headings will be exported right as TOC for a pdf, but TOC inside the document
isn't linked to anywhere in the document.
Now edit TOC:
Click directly after "Inhalt".
Right mouse click → Edit Index.
Unset
Type → Type and Title → Protected against manual changes
Click 'OK'
Now moving by TOC will work well. Also TOC will be exported in *.pdf-Document
so you could click on TOC and it moves to the right header.
