I opened up the Find and Replace dialog by going to Edit -> Find and Replace. The buttons "Find", "Find All", "Replace" and "Replace All" are all inactive until you type something in the "Search For" field. Then all options are active. Because of this I'm marking the bug as WORKSFORME. If it's still an issue for you please provide any additional helpful information and REOPEN the bug.
