Original file that fail to show the cells' comments. You can see the empty
textbox with context lost.

Problem description:
In ubuntu 13.04, directly read in xls (office 2000) file, the original comments
in cells cannot be shown. Same thing done in WIN7 with libreCalc 4, no problem.
Save the xls file with libreCalc 4 in WIN7 into ods OR save the file with
Office 2007 into xlsx and reopen them in Ubuntu 13.04 LibreCalc 4.0.1.2, all
comments normally read without any problem.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use LibreCalc 4.0.1.2 open an xls (created by office 2000) with cell
comments in Ubuntu 13.04
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:The position of the comments ( red dot on cells) can correctly
shown. Call up the content text boxes, nothing inside, original contents lost.
Saved the file to an ods, content lost permanently.

Expected behavior:The test content should be shown normally on click.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.0.1.2 release
