Sidebar flickers around and don't display in the right order. See screenshots.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Libre Office
2. Insert chart
3. Open Sidebar
4. Pull away the Sidebar or change between the tabs and the bugs appear
Actual Results:
Flickering of Sidebar
Expected Results:
The Sidebar should work smooth
