Description:
Entering Alt+251 in a cell should enter a check mark [actually a square root
sign]. However, it brought up a pop-up choice-box of all alphabetic entries in
that column.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In A1, enter HEADER
2. In A2, type ALT+251
