The notebookbar is not just a copy of ribbons, and adding buttons spoils the design. Plus, we offer some alternative UI variants. But on the other hand this variant is supposed to be familiar for Windows users. And it might help to better organize the content. Point is that such a button to open a properties dialog demands to have content from _this_ dialog at the section.
