Description:
When changing LibreOffice > View > Icon theme and having writer open, the icon
theme changes as soon as the change is applied or user clicks OK.
However this is not the case when having Start Center open, which is the
default for macOS, where users cannot open individual application components.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Start Center
2. change LibreOffice > View > Icon Theme
3. Click Apply
Actual Results:
Start Center is not updated
Expected Results:
The selected icon theme should be reflected in Start Center as soon as user
clicks Apply or OK.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
