Description:
Using Windows 11 on new laptop. Don't use One Drive as I dislike cloud storage.
Files open very slowly after initially showing "not responding" but the
slowness disappears when opening another file.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Libre Office
2. Open previously opened file during new session.
Actual Results:
File doesn't open and shows "not responding" then opens after a noticeable
delay.
Expected Results:
File opens immediately as previously on Windows 10
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
No customizations so didn't reset user file
