Thanks for the Calc document, I found it was indeed necessary to have it for
the testing.

I tested this by inserting the Calc doc as OLE, double-clicking it to edit and
changing the height, so only rows 1-4 were visible.

I bisected this with linux-64-6.0 and got this as the result

There is even a meta bug for it: bug 114934

The issue is really minor as even before the change, there was a very slight
extension of the vertical borders (not seen on all zoom levels).
