Unfortunately, if it is not reproducible, and without a test document to try ourselves or some kind of trace that recorded the issue, I don't think we will be able to do anything about it. It could even be specific to the storage device. What I can suggest is installing a newer version: 7.3 has seen many bug fixes, and 7.4 is currently maintained and will see more bugfix versions.
