All over the place, but as in comment 13, 7.2.7 seemed to behave less
erratically.
Related Bug 146988 (considered to be a regression) saw an attempt at fixing it
in commit a3d4f7e8fb714aa987c542c8d6c8822a41818701, for version 7.4.0
Upping the priority because there's 7 duplicates, many related bugs, and it
affects accessibility.
