Please open "LibreOffice Impress" and when a text box had selected and maximized all sections in "Preperties" tab in sidebar try to click on "More Option Button" if can click on it and scroll did not disturb, this bug only for me and maybe i didn't install libreoffice correctly or etc. Please watch the video I will attach.
