I had a look at the document. You have a page header with an image (Picture 4). Since this image covers the whole page, it is very difficult to get access to the text (and the cursor), because you always select that image, if you click inside this image. Solution: 1. Select image in the header 2. Open properties and crop tab 3. Crop 15,75cm on the right and press OK.
