Anyway, if I click some visible element of the document, or the non-document UI, I expect the context menu to relate to what I've clicked - and it doesn't. The user should not have to know when LN is on the menus to get to the dialog controlling it. Think of the user who's opened a document with LN and wants to tweak it or turn it off.
