If this is the case we should put a "Cautionary" note on the pre-release page that this is the case. I thought that the page was being updated manually and that for many of the past versions, we have had reminders from members to update the pre-release page as it had not updated itself promptly. If the page is not updated manually, then we need to find a process whereby the person in charge of updating is warned when a final version is released. I thought that a Bug warning that would also be posted on the "Website" list would be sufficient enough to warn the person in charge of the changes. Obviously an automated process would be the ideal.
