Also additional information will be useful 1) do you have any non-default extensions installed? 2) does a user profile reset help (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resetting_the_user_profile)? (make sure to reset both version 3 as well as version 4 user profile). 3) how long does it take to open the file using 3.6.x before the uninstallation?
