When I save document as docx/xlsx/pptx format,The chart's descr property will
be lost
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a docuemnt
2.insert chart and set descr property
3.save as docx/xlsx/pptx format
4.reopen the document,chart's descr property is lost
Actual Results:
chart's descr property is lost
Expected Results:
chart's descr property not lost
Reproducible: Always
