Problem description: Chinese characters are not saved after the file was saved,
closed and reopend. When writing Chinese characters (visible on screen and
paper) these characters do not come back after closing and reopening the file.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Type Chinese characters.
2. Save the file and continu working with it.
3. Save, close and reopen the file.

Current behavior: characters are not saved.
Expected behavior: characters are saved.

The problem occurs both in .ods and .xlsx files
I can not remember any version of libreoffice where it worked properly.
