When the LO windows is narrowed (takes half of the screen for example), some
tools in the Formating Toolbar gather in a menu ("Angle brackets" signe right
end of the toolbar).
When the font color tool is hidden there, it doesn't work, clicking on it
doesn't open the Color Palette.
