Description:
changing date format (to jjjj-mm-tt) is not possible, doesn't detect data right
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set autofilter
2. chose column with dates (such as "31.12.22")
3. try to set format to jjjj-mm-tt
Actual Results:
no change at all, just puts an " ' " at the front!?
Expected Results:
changed format
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
