Colibre application icons in start center isn't match application icon in
taskbar & or title bar
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Compare new document icon with title bar / status bar icon
Same with Start Center icons
Actual Results:
Inconsistent use of icons
Expected Results:
Consistency
Reproducible: Always
