Problem description: I received a docx file by email and open it directly, so
it is in "read only" mode.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open the file attach to this bug report (docx file recorded with MSWord
2007)
Current behavior:
the tab's borders are not displayed in LibreOffice (if the file is "read only")
Expected behavior:
the tab's border should be displayed in LibreOffice
Operating System: Ubuntu
