                    e-mail
           Product: LibreOffice

                OS: All

Description:
I tested the mail merge e-mail function 3 days ago: everything worked fine!
Yesterday, LibreOffice updated to version 7.4.4. Totally unrelated, I changed
my e-mail password as well.

This morning, I need to explain someone else to use mail merge e-mail…
First, I forget to update the e-mail password. So an error occurred.
I updated the password, tested it (no error), try again to send real e-mail:
error again… I tried so many times, I decided to downgrade LibreOffice to
7.4.3.
Because it kept parameters, I tried again and error again.
I deleted all fields in Tools - Options - LibreOffice Writer - Mail Merge
Email, saved, closed everything, started LibreOffice and wrote parameters
again. I tried again: it works!!!

The password field is not able to keep password change.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a valid smtp password.
2. Change the password on smtp server.
3. Change password in Tools - Options - LibreOffice Writer - Mail Merge Email
field.
4. Test it: no error.
5. Send real e-mail: error.

Actual Results:
SMTP authentication error, even if the connection test is ok just after update
the password.

Expected Results:
Send e-mail with content based on the database.

Reproducible: Always
