In a Windows daily build they are not visible. In bibisect repos they don't seem to be visible. In some repo I think I saw them, but it might have been with another brand/type. It does not seem that the arrows *should* be positioned near "Top Margin" and "V. Pitch". They seem to be some sort of duplicates of the arrows in the bottom right corner.
