--- Comment #2 from Stéphane Guillou (stragu)
<[email protected]> ---
Reproduced in:

Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e125e6623fa1c0f39d927bb37547ca6d1e299cb1
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Also in OOo 3.3:

OpenOffice.org 3.3.0
OOO330m20 (Build:9567)

Note that I could change the left spacing to a negative value in Writer, and
save and reload would keep it. I assume the issue is when the document was
created in MS Word.

Confirmed that tables outside and inside footers have the same alignment in the
margin in MS Word:

Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2212 Build 16.0.15928.20196)
64-bit
