Il semble que vous avez réglé le problème en changeant les paramètres de
l'antivirus du système d'exploitation. Il est possible que Windows reconnaisse
LibreOffice comme un logiciel malveillant, comme faux positif, peut-être parce
que la version est récente.

Le message en anglais serait du type "Unauthorised changes blocked", et le
paramètre s'appelle "Controlled folder access".
En tous les cas, le problème a été rapporté précédemment alors je marque comme
duplicata.
