If this is verified by Nik, then it would not be a LibreOffice bug. I also can't see any such icon in the LibreOffice resources folder: /Applications/LibreOffice.app/Contents/resources/ It is possible that an extension has added this icon, but in that case, Nik would need to check whether any LibreOffice extensions have been installed, and whether any of these might have that icon.
