Just trying to rule out the same-directory error I got in SI-GUI. If you are using SI-GUI, have you deleted the directories of earlier 7.5 installs? (i.e. made sure that it does not reinstall in an existing directory. I just tried the latest installer from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/?type=win-x86&version=7.5.0 in Windows 10 64 bits and it also worked fine.
