Assume this is a launch of LO 7.5.0.3 build. The Colibre icon theme shown is not its Dark mode icon theme. That should only happen if you have made an icon theme selection of "Colibre" set in your user profile (Tools -> Options -> View ). The default automatic mode should show "Automatic (Colibre (Dark))" But it could be a Windows 11 annoyance. We need to know. Please clear your user profile (via Help -> Restart in Safemode..., or simply delete/rename %APPDATA%/LibreOffice) and launch with defaults.
