Well, those are interesting questions indeed. Being able to see the difference between those 2 files (the new, recreated one and the old one that caused the failure) _maybe_ would had been useful for developers to analyze. Although I'm glad you "solved" _your_ problem, it doesn't help to solve the original problem in LO. If someone still has the original profile file that caused the problem, _perhaps_ it might be helpful to attach it here for devs to take a look at it.
