demonstration of the bug
Problem description:
If you move the first column bar, the width of the whole table is changing
aswell.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create 3x3 Bar
2. change width of first column with the bar
3. ....
Current behavior:
Width of whole Table is changing. Partner column stays the same size
Expected behavior:
Width of table is not chaning. Partner column should change
Operating System: Windows XP
