No merge of borders in section with "evenly distribute contents"

Paragraphs may have a border separated from text by a padding distance.

When several paragraphs with the same style follow each other, they can be made
a single bloc (border-wise) by ticking "Merge with next paragraph" check box.
This has the effect of ignoring bottom padding, bottom border, top border and
top padding.

This works fine except when such style is used in a section with "Evenly
distribute contents to all columns". In this case, bottom and top padding are
kept to compute spacing between paragraphs. See attachment.

This behaviour is inconsistent and results in formatting unpredictability.
Bottom and top padding should always be ignored when "Merge with next
paragraph" is ticked.
