[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 153344] The size of icons in the status bar should be increased to at least 16px and the height of the status bar adjusted to allow this.

I have tested every one of the pre-installed icon themesin Windows and the
icons in the status bar do not change, the padding is too much and should be
reduced to allow the icons to be displayed larger.
