Description:
RTF file from another program, read by LibreOffice Writer, produces correct
tabular layout on first page, but table header not repeated on subsequent
pages.
Testing with OpenOffice works correctly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the RTF file
2.

Actual Results:
First page correct with table-header, second and later pages, no table header.
Expected Results:
All pages should show the table-header.
Reproducible: Always
