I sent a file written with LibreOffice, saved in docx and with footnotes for
reviewing. The file was saved in docx and sent. When I got back the file with
comments and track changes the footnotes' order was a complete mess, and
whenever I re-opened the file the order also was changed. I never encountered
that problem before, I use Libre Office Version 7.4.5.1 and Ubuntu 20.04 Mate
1.26.
