I'm not sure this is a good idea. In the default configuration, macros are
allowed (but must be confirmed). So this infobar will not be shown in the
default configuration.
When LO is configured to block macros, as it is often the case in corporate
environments, the user is usually not expected or even allowed to change that
setting.
So I don't think we should display the Macro security settings button in the
infobar.
If anything, it must be hidden if the macro security settings are locked down
(readonly).
