I cannot reproduce this with current master anymore, s. screencast attachment

That callback is still unhandled, though. I have create follow-up ticket
tdf#153500 with a new user scenario (changing the page size) to keep track of
this without changing steps to reproduce in this existing issue again.

-> Closing this one as WORKSFORME now, since the originally reported steps
appear to no longer be problematic.
