This is the default autocorrect for the common mistake of "two capitals at the
beginning of a word instead of one".

- The easiest way to undo this on a one-off basis is using undo or Ctrl + Z.
All autocorrections cane be reverted with an undo action.
- To turn off this specific autocorrect rule, Miguel Ángel already mentioned
"Tools > Autocorrect options > Options > Correct two initial capitals".
- If you want to keep this rule on but add exceptions to the existing ones,
there's an "Exceptions" tab in the same dialog. 

Interestingly, on my system, "IPv6" was not autocorrected even though it's not
in the exception list. I assume it is because it is already included in the
dictionaries I am currently using.
