Description:
wrong time value when using the autofill function if minutes are to be filled
(video attached). Autofill also works differently if a different time display
format is used.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter the values of the time (interval) you want to fill the time series in
two cells
2.select both cells and apply the autofill function to the following cells
3.check values
Actual Results:
the completed time is 1 second less than expected
Expected Results:
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
