LibreOffice is dark despite not being on LibreOffice Dark Color Scheme

When using a dark system theme in Windows settings, even with the LibreOffice
color scheme set to "LibreOffice" and not "LibreOffice Dark", some aspects of
the UI still turn dark. I wish there was a way to disable LibreOffice using the
system theme for any colors because I want to have a dark system theme but a
light LibreOffice theme and it automatically makes parts of the UI dark with no
way to change it (see attached screenshot).
